<p>Power systems steady-state analysis demands extensive expertise from the engineer and involves a large volume of calculations. This paper explores how large language model (LLM) technology can be leveraged to create expert AI agents that automate this process. We formulate the key requirements that such an AI agent must satisfy to be effective in power system design. Building on these requirements, we develop an LLM-based agent capable of autonomously performing steady-state calculations in the RastrWin3 software suite, analyzing the results, detecting violations of operating limits, proposing and verifying engineering measures to restore parameters to their permissible range, and generating a final report. The AI agent´s performance was validated on a modified IEEE 57-bus test system through a case study involving standard contingency calculations, identification of limit violations, and selection of corrective actions. The results confirm that the agent can independently control an external steady-state solver, simulate standard contingencies, detect parameter deviations, and iteratively select corrective measures. Overall, the study demonstrates the potential of LLM-based AI agents for steady-state analysis of electric power grids. By taking over routine tasks, the proposed agent substantially improves the productivity of power system design engineers.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>большая языковая модель</kwd><kwd>установившийся режим</kwd><kwd>электрическая сеть</kwd><kwd>нормативные возмущения</kwd><kwd>корректирующие мероприятия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>arge language model</kwd><kwd>steady-state analysis</kwd><kwd>electrical network</kwd><kwd>N–1 contingency</kwd><kwd>corrective measures</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Bubeck S., Chandrasekaran V., Eldan R. et al.
